We executed the installation, commissioning, production support, and debugging for a high-tech, Industry 4.0 state-of-the-art powertrain factory in Poland. The scope included gantry integration, conveyor setup, safety interlocks, PLC programming, and automation sequencing. Key activities involved gantry teaching, temperature compensation, camera calibration for DMC codes, and automatic load/unload cycle verification. Using Siemens SINUMERIK 840D SL, Profinet I/O, and Cognex DM8600, Tooltech ensured seamless synchronization of critical systems, optimizing production efficiency and minimizing downtime.
