We at Tooltech executed the design automation of 3D spiral and straight staircases for a leading support structure manufacturer. Using SolidWorks and Tacton, we developed 3D assemblies along with associated 2D manufacturing drawings and BOMs. Our team studied design rules, input parameters, and calculations based on the technical requirement document. Inputs included existing AutoCAD drawings, BOM, and standard part models. The final output was a Tacton-automated 3D staircase assembly with complete 2D manufacturing drawings.
