We have been working with a metro operator for project planning control & forensic delay analysis for their ongoing projects in Primavera P6. As part of the project we realised that we needed to integrate certain data from their SAP environment with the Primavera P6 data. We developed a platform integration framework which utilizes APIs to extract, analyze, and visualize data using Power BI. This enables financial tracking, physical progress monitoring, and customised dashboards for land, tender, utilities, etc. We used Python to automate SAP module data processing, which pushes updates into Primavera P6 schedules, eliminating manual entries. This approach enhanced real-time reporting, project efficiency, and decision-making while enabling seamless integration across platforms.
